विद्यालयको संक्षिप्त इतिहास यो विद्यालय पुनर्वास नगरपालिकाको ९ नं. वडा कार्यालय भवन देखी झन्डै १ कि.मि. दक्षिणतिर प्रसिद्ध प्याराताल जाने मुलबाटोसँग जोडिएको गोरेटोमा अवस्थित छ। यस क्षेत्रका स्थानीय शिक्षाप्रेमी, बुद्धिजीवीहरूको सक्रियतामा मिति २०६२ - ४ महिनामा स-साना बालबालिकाहरूलाई समेटी शिक्षाबाट बञ्चित हुन नदिनका निमित्त शिक्षाको दियोलाई शिखरसम्म पुर्याउने संकल्प गरी यस विद्यालयको नाम दिपशिखर नामाकरण गरी यस विद्यालयको स्थापना भएको हो।
२०६२ सालमा यो विद्यालय निजी स्तरका रुपमा संचालन रहेको थियो। तत्पश्चात मिति २०६४-९-२५ गतेको दिनदेखि विद्यालय संचालनको अनुमति पाएको। यसै गरी प्रत्येक वर्ष अनुमती लिदै कक्षा ५ सम्म संचालन भईरहेको छ। यहाँको वातावरण शान्त, स्वच्छ र सफा छ। यहाँ भवनहरू पक्की छन्। शौचालयको सुविधा छ। यहाँ खानेपानी, पुस्तकालय, विज्ञान प्रयोगशाला, यातायात सुविधा, अतिरिक्त क्रियाकलाप, आदि सुविधाहरू छैनन्।
This school is located about 1 kilometer south of the Ward No. 9 Office building of Punarbas Municipality, along a foot trail connected to the main road leading to the famous Pyara Taal. It was established in July/August 2005 (Shrawan 2062 BS) through the active initiative of local education enthusiasts and intellectuals, who pledged to carry the lamp of education to its peak ("Dipshikhar") and ensure young children in the region were not deprived of education.
Initially operated as a private institution in 2005, the school officially received government approval for operation on January 10, 2008 (Poush 25, 2064 BS). Since then, it has been renewing its approval annually and currently runs classes up to Grade 5.
